FAQYes. When you receive a secured message from IBC, you simply need to press the "Reply" button to respond to the sender. Your message will be secure, but it is important to note that if you save it to your desktop or forward it, it may no longer be secure. Only e-mail containing PHI and sent out from IBC will be encrypted. The security of inbound e-mail is up to the sender, and IBC doesn't not need to make sure incoming e-mail containing PHI is sent securely. Click the 'yes' button.
