You may choose the shipping timeframe you desire from 1 to 4 days. Our preferred shipper is FedEx. Their rates are reasonable and we are able to track the shipment of your cake. During the summer months, to insure that the cakes arrive in good condition, our preferred shipping method is FedEx 2Day or FedEx Overnight. In the cooler months, from October through March, and if time permits, we suggest FedEx Express Saver (2 to 3 days), or FedEx Ground.

All orders placed by 5:00 pm eastern time Monday thru Friday are shipped the same day. All orders placed after 5:00 pm are shipped the next business day. No signature is required for delivery.

Most of our work usually takes us same day or next day. When the work involves repairs on digital or all electronic instruments, it may take up to 5 days. In any case, we will let us you know as we proceed with the repairs. We like to keep our customers posted on our progress.

All "Baby Hot Cakes" are custom made and nothing leaves "OUR" hands until we are happy with it! So, please allow 3-5 business days to process the order and another 5-7 days for shipping. These "Cakes" are NOT mass-produced, nor do they follow a set formula. They are all beautifully hand-made as unique pieces.

Typical it takes about 3 weeks (not including shipping time) but it may vary during busy seasons. You may want to send me pictures early and have details decided before work may begin. Due to the high demand, I already started accepting bookings for year 2008.

You may leave your cake out one hour before, during and one hour after your party. Leftovers should be refrigerated. During the hotter months of the year, you should try to refrigerate your cake as much as possible. If you have fresh fruit fillings or whipped cream frosting, we suggest leaving your cake out no longer than one hour at a time.

From that estimate, you can tell: Texas residents: It usually takes only one business day (excluding Saturday) for UPS to deliver UPS Ground packages to most Texas locations from Houston, with the exception of the panhandle area where it may take two days.

In stock items usually arrive within 3 to 5 business days of your order. Some items are shipped directly from the manufacturer and may take 2 to 3 weeks.

You don't have to have a filling, however most people prefer introducing an additional complementary taste such as fresh strawberries or custard in their cake. If you need to serve more guests, then stacking a cake higher with fillings and more cake is good way to increase the serving amount. Some cake styles have restrictions on fillings, for example, cut-out cakes can not have fillings because they aren't stable.

Curdling may be caused by a high ratio of fat, ingredients which are too cold (make sure ingredients are at room temperature) or improper mixing of dry and liquid ingredients. Curdled appearing batter should not affect the outcome of your cake.

Subscriptions purchased in North America and shipped within North America, should arrive within 2-3 weeks of activating the subscription. Updates ship periodically during the subscription term. Delivery times outside of North America can vary dependent on manufacturing and/or import requirements.

Your check will be written on the 1st of each month for the payment of the previous month. All checks are sent regular USPS and can take up to 7 business days.

We stock many of the items we sell. When all the items in an order are in our warehouse, we ship the same day the order is received, or the next shipping day if an order is received after our daily shipping pickup, on the weekend or on a holiday. Although Best Crystal has a large inventory, we cannot stock everything we sell.

Kiosks are shipped via standard over-the road ground freight and typically arrive within 3-5 business days. Expediting or overnight shipping is also available for an additional fee. International shipments may involve ocean, air and truck freight, with varying costs based on location. KIS offers 2 standard outdoor kiosk models, including the KT145 Thinman and KT-112/114 Stealth. These standard units are designed for installation in sheltered (ie protected) locations.

Order cut off time for most orders to be shipped the same day is 12 noon, PST. Actual delivery time will vary depending on the method of shipping you have selected and the geographical location of the warehouse that ships your order.

All mailboxes are usually shipped within just four business days. In rare cases whereas the time may be longer, it usually means no more than one or two extra business days.
