Then click on File->Export, and save the file to the desired location with a name like "contacts.xls" (just make sure the extension is .xls) and as File Type "Lotus 1-2-3". If you edit your VTrain vocabulary (*.vok) files in an external editor, you can take advantage of Search & Replace procedures, for example. If your VTrain files contain boldface or italics format, follow the instructions to export to Word, then copy and paste the resulting table from Word to Excel. If you need export older versions, you can use CSV suitable for Microsoft Excel, which works out of the box or you can try native experimental MS Excel exporter.
