The Foundation Fighting Blindness maintains a computerized National Registry to identify and collect medical and family histories of people in the U.S. with retinal degenerative diseases. Participants who complete a Registry questionnaire may also give permission to The Foundation to release their names to researchers for Foundationapproved studies. Many of the patients who will participate in future clinical studies will be identified in this way. A Registry form is included with this packet.

Our partner program works hard to ensure you are placed in a safe environment. There is often ill health associated with travelling in India. You should expect to experience some ill health during the time you are there as you adjust to the heat and types of food you will be eating. If you eat carefully at recommended places and drink only filtered water you should be safe from most stomach problems.
