To forward all e-mails to another account, you must create a rule to do so. In Webmail, Click on Rules on the left hand pane. Then, click on New... at the top of the page. From this page, you can give the rule a name at the top, such as forward all mail, then leave all of the fields blank except the forward it to (select the radio button) and type the address.
