If anyone has any information or pictures of this company/or my dad, please contact me. He passed away in 1995. If anyone knows anything about Lt. CDR. Lincoln Ramsey, I would like to hear from you. He passed away a couple of years ago and he never talked about the war,where he was or what he did. I know after he did his boot at Sampson he was assinged to the USS Philadelphia. Because of the significant increase in BP the baroreflex has been activated. It will try to lower BP by decreasing HR. However since EPI is such a potent beta1-agonist, the reflex evoked is weaker than EPI's direct action on the heart. Therefore we still see the tachycardia although it has been reduced by the reflex.
