Total Ministry FAQGod continues to call us to ministry, we are always trying to discern that call. People may be discerned for parish ministries at any time. The formal discernment for team ministers will happen every three years because of the three-year the formation and training program. Commissioned Team Ministers may be discerned for a different team ministry whenever the team recognizes the need and the parish and coucil affirm the call.
