Some programs like the AA and AS degrees are designed to transfer to 4-year colleges within Colorado. Other programs that are designed to get you hired in an occupation are not designed to transfer, but we have formed some specific transfer agreements with colleges to accept those credits, i.e. Western State College.

High school students interested in the PSEOP program, must attend a PSEOP information session with their parents at their high school or career center. Please see your counselor for dates. The Paralegal Studies Certificate is offered through the College of Extended Learning and is separate from our main campus. A student has to come to the Health Center to be excused from classes. If a day student is sick at home, a parent must call the Health Center (860-435-3231). Boarding students unable to attend class for the day will receive a “Red Card” from the Infirmary that they must hang on the door of their room acknowledging that they are sick and in their room for the day. Faculty and staff are informed of student illnesses via a “Red Card Report” which is sent daily by email.

The NC State Cycling Team is a Recreational Sports Club at NC State University. As such, membership is open to students, faculty and staff at NC State. This is for membership. To participate in the collegiate racing, the member must be a full-time student or part-time student. The team is also a member of the USCF and NORBA. In any of these events, all members of the team may race with the team affiliation of the NC State Cycling team.
