Enter your username and password in the fields on the screen as shown in the Prepaid Card. If you have any problems connecting to the Wireless Link Network, you may need to enter the SSID, also known as the Network Name.

If you rent or purchase the wireless modem with your subscription, USI Wireless will provide 2 login instances: one is used by the modem, the other can be used for roaming purposes. A pop-up status window will be automatically setup for you to log out after you log in successfully, but in some cases you might close this window (or inadvertently exit the web browser). You must log off your PC after using the Wireless Link Network. Otherwise the remaining time on your Prepaid Card will continue to run for a few minutes (i.e. you will be logged out automatically in 1 to 3 minutes).

Our system is not the same as a wireless LAN, so you still need a radio and antenna to connect to our service. You can add a combination router and wireless access point to create a home LAN connecting all your computers, but the range will be limited to about 300 feet from your access point.

You can connect more than one computer to your zNET wireless connection by connecting the wireless transceiver to your LAN through your Ehernet network. Your zNET Wireless service incluves IP addressing via NAT, which allows you to create private IP addresses for the computers on your network. If you will have 5 or fewer workstations on your network, then zNET will assign 8 public IP addresses (5 usable) and you can choose not to use NAT .
