The Gibraltar Point International Artist Residency Program is hosted and managed by Artscape with the generous assistance of the Ontario Arts Council. The facility is supported by the Ontario Trillium Foundation and the City of Toronto.

Our program does not currently have any vacancies. We will interview Fall 2007 for positions in academic years 2008 and 2009. We interview for four positions each year. Two of these positions include an internship at UVA, while the other two positions begin as a PGY2, pending completion of an accredited internship in surgery, medicine, or a transitional year. Those who interview in Fall 2007 for the two PGY1/intern categorical positions would start July 2008.

The People Fund is managed by the Consolidated Electric Foundation, a nonprofit Foundation that is governed by a five-member board, independent of the Consolidated Electric Cooperative board. The Foundation board is comprised of leaders in our community that volunteer their time and expertise to help manage this important program.

Overall support for the SHARES HF Radio Program is the responsibility of the Manager, National Communications System. The Chief, Critical Infrastructure Protection Division, Office of the Manager, NCS, is responsible for administering the SHARES program. The Manager, National Coordinating Center for Telecommunications, is responsible for day-to-day operations of SHARES.

The ATI grant program is managed by Academic Technologies, a unit of Networking Services & Information Technologies, on behalf of the Provost's Office.

RNBS students must live in the state of Oregon or in the counties that border Oregon in Washington, Idaho, or California. Clinical options are not available for people who live beyond this area, and thus they are not eligible for this program.

This program requires a $1,000 deposit by you that assigns you a priority number based on the date of the deposit. We will call and offer you an apartment in the order of priority. You may refuse an apartment without penalty and your priority will not change. If you wish to move to Westminster-Canterbury you will need to have your name on the Future Residency Priority waiting list.

The Gibraltar Point Artist Residency provides professional artists with a subsidized opportunity to live and work on Toronto Island for one month. Participants receive accommodation, a private work studio and all meals at no cost.

I really donâ??t think there is any major weakness in our program. We have a good overall balance in our anesthesia education for the residents. Obstetrics, critical care, and painâ?"three clinical rotations that are often weak elsewhereâ?"are all very strong here. All the traditional anesthesia rotationsâ?"general operating room, cardiac, neuro, ambulatoryâ?"are very good. Thus, one of the major strengths of our program is that the residents get a very good, balanced experience in anesthesia.

A combined residency program refers to a special program where the resident completes training in two or more specialties simultaneously. For example, rather than doing an internal medicine residency and then doing a psychiatry residency, someone can do a combined program where they alternate fields throughout their training and complete both, usually in less time than if they were done sequentially.

Yes. Our residency program is fully accredited by the ACGME and the AOA. The last site visit led to a five-year accreditation for our allopathic program and a four-year accreditation for our osteopathic program.
