To change the screensaver, you must first open the main menu, choose the "fun and games" category and then the "My pictures" sub-category. If you do not have any network coverage your logo will not be visible until your phone is in range again. Also, if you are "roaming" on an overseas network your logo will not be visible because it is associated with your home network.
