Charter airlines are usually more restrictive when it comes to the weight of your baggage. You may be able to pay extra at the airport to increase your allowance, but this can be expensive. Baggage allowance is restricted to 2 pieces per person (20kg per piece) plus one piece of hand luggage weighing no more than 5 kg.

Meals on charter flights are optional and therefore will not be included in charter flight prices, unless departure is within 8 days, when a meal is compulsory. If a meal is included in the price, this will be clearly shown when making a booking on the site. Meals are included on all long haul flights. Well really the short answer is not a lot if travelling short haul, but on a par with the likes of easyjet or Ryanair. Typical charter flight seat pitch is 28" and the food served, if any, is at the discretion of the company chartering the aircraft, not the airline. Charter flights are cheap so don't expect frills and extras. Long haul charter is a little better but do not expect schedule airline seat pitch or service.

Yes. Unless a passenger or the survivors of the passenger can prove that injury or death was caused by a commercial airline carrier's willful misconduct, damages on any international flight are limited to $75,000. This limitation applies only to the airline and not to manufacturers or suppliers of the aircraft or other potential defendants. Further a passenger cannot recover for a strictly psychological injury.

Recommended arrival time for domestic flights is at least 75 minutes prior to departure. To ensure an on-time departure, reservations and advance seat assignments may be cancelled if the passenger has not checked in and received a boarding pass at least 30 minutes prior to departure and/or is not onboard the aircraft at least 15 minutes prior to departure.
