Teens are welcome to join the Teen Hangout as long as they submit to our parental permission process. This involves a phone call from an Administrator or Moderator to speak to the Teen and a Parent. Upon approval Teens will have access to the Teen Hangout and the Interactive Book Stack areas of the Library. At this time, due to COPPA regulations we've decided to hold off on opening the Kids forums.
