There are duplicate searches on my credit file. How do I get them removed?

If you do not know the address of the company concerned, contact us and we will be happy to supply you with the relevant details. Alternatively you may write back to us formally disputing the duplicate searches and we will contact the company on your behalf. We cannot remove searches/enquiries unless the company involved agrees that we can do so.
