For Casing and/or Tubing pipes sometimes grade is not indicated at all and indicated only a letter as "K", "D" etc. acc. to related yield and tensile strengths.

There is no tubes standard that regulates delivery conditions which requires thermal conductivity factor for any pipe. If you need these tubes for some special applications, where it is required, you will have to find either a tube manufacturer or some specialized laboratory that will be able to test them appropriately for you.

In Stahlschlüssel (German: Steel key) there is no Ac 37-2! There is only Ac-1, identical with St 37-2, with the following chemical composition: I am designing a gas pipeline as per ASME B31.8. The specification calls for API 5L Gr B materials pipes. Can I replace this pipe material with ASTM A106 Gr B which is readily available in local market? Please give technical justifications.
