You cannot automatically transfer the license to someone else, and therefore you cannot simply sell it used. If you do attempt to sell it used without obtaining a license transfer, the buyer will not be able to use the product because it is registered and licensed to you. The Atmosphere license is the right given to a single person to use the instrument.

The interface and software exist to manipulate this particular sound set and because of this, we have been able to keep the interface very streamlined and easy to use. There are many good options for software samplers to import and load AKAI sample libraries or AIFF/WAV/SF2 files, etc.
