When court-ordered, RF prefers to run the program in conjunction with the oversight of a licensed professional in the Court's home jurisdiction. RF reports regularly either to the Court directly, or to the professional within the jurisdiction.

NSA/CSS has its own internal oversight process within the Office of the Inspector General (OIG). The OIG has the authority to conduct inspections, audits and investigations to ensure that NSA/CSS operates with integrity, efficiency and effectiveness. The OIG is authorized access to all information, records, reports, documents, electronic systems/material, personnel and physical areas at NSA/CSS HQ and at all field sites. The OIG has several areas of responsibility.

The IRS will monitor the progress of each of the Alliance companies. If any problems develop, the companies are required to alert the IRS. If appropriate, the IRS will remove the company from the IRS.gov web site until the problem is resolved. The study has a team of international experts in various study disciplines to provide advice and consultation during the study conduct. NARA only has records of Federal courts. We do not have records from state or county courts. Federal court records are kept in the Regional Records Services Facility that covers records from that state. The one exception is the District of Columbia. To apply to receive federal funds, states submitted applications to HCFA. All fifty states, five territories, and the district of Columbia chose to participate, submitted plans, and received HCFA approval for their programs. Most received approval by December, 1998. AGRE has a Scientific Advisory Board composed of experts in genetics and neurological disorders that provides scientific direction for AGRE. The AGRE research program has been approved by an outside Institutional Review Board to ensure the protection of all research participants.

The Council on Environmental Quality, which is headed by a fulltime Chair, oversees NEPA. A staff assists the Council.

The K3 RF processor works at IF. Essentially you create an SSB signal, using AGC/compression to keep the average signal level reasonably constant. You then apply additional gain to the IF SSB signal which drives the clipper. This gives you "RF clipping" with an adjustable amount of clipping. You then re-filter the resulting signal and convert it to the output frequency. Thus, the K3 has a true RF speech processor.

Range Folding is basically when the radar is unable to determine the wind's velocity. This is due to the speed at which the radar transmits signals, called the pulse repetition frequency (PRF). The faster the pulses are sent by the radar the less time it has to listen for any returned signals. It occurs when the return from a prior pulse is detected during the listening period for the current pulse. Both reflectivity and velocity data are affected by this.

For those with hearing disabilities, all courtrooms are equipped with an infrared assisted listening device. If you need to use the assisted listening device, please notify the courtroom deputy prior to the hearing. A 24 hour notification is requested. ASL (american sign language) interpreters may be provided, at Court expense, to a party, attorney, and witness or other participant in a judicial proceeding, whether or not the proceeding is initiated by the United States.

RN visits at least once annually to evaluate the provision of services and is available to answer questions and provide training to the MPC provider, if needed. The DDS case/resource manager must do an in-person, in-home reassessment at least annually or whenever there is a significant change in the person's medical condition. DDS Quality-Improvement case managers also visit every adult family home with DDS residents at least once per year.
