By simply calling our office, arrangements can be made for late key pickup and also, if requested in advance, Food Packs or Welcome Packs can be waiting in your home for an additional charge.

You should move the ring to the red bead on the day that you start your period. If you know that you started your period anytime before midnight, move the ring to the red bead that day. The next morning (or whenever you normally move the ring) you should move it to the following bead. If you started your period during the night and are not sure what time it started, move the ring to the red bead when you wake up and consider that day to be Day 1 of your menstrual cycle.

We ask that all participants arrive in time for the opening ceremony on Wednesday night. This is the moment of creation for the village and will set the way for the next few days. Abortions can be done as early as six weeks into the pregnancy and up to approximately 22 weeks. Pregnancy weeks are counted from the date of the last period, not from the date of conception. If you are unable to get an early departure flight from Tenerife, as stated above you would have to vacate the property by 10am. Most of the time we can help you by storing your luggage in our own Villa until you have to leave for the airport. However, we do sometimes have evening commitments but we would advise you of this and you would then need to collect your luggage earlier.

Yes. We use a flight tracking system to know your exact arrival time. If your trip includes a connecting flight, please provide the flight number for the last leg of your trip.

Our shuttles continuously circle the airport’s lower level picking up passengers. If your flight arrives after 11pm, we recommend calling us from the baggage claim area once you have picked up your luggage, so we can have a shuttle on the lookout for you. Our toll free number is printed on your vehicle locator ticket which you are given from your shuttle driver upon pick up. This identifies the space your vehicle is parked.

Landmark Volunteers cannot accommodate flights outside the stated windows of time. The Team Leader is only at the airport during the times stated on the travel form. If scheduling your child to arrive after the designated window of time is absolutely necessary, then transportation from the airport to the site becomes the family's responsibility. Even then, this is not at all advisable because team-building activities and orientation cannot begin in earnest until the whole team is there.

If your flight will be arriving late, call us 30 minutes before your updated arrival time and we will adjust our pickup time accordingly. For some reason if you are not able to give us a phone call, rest assured that our computerized dispatch center will monitor your flight information and will arrange a new pickup time with your driver.

We do not check in anyone after 11.00 pm. As you can appreciate that most of our guests leave from 04.30 am onwards and they do not like to be disturbed.

Late, well, that's less of a problem. If you are going to be late, we need that in writing so that we don't give away your space to someone else. Well, it depends. Generally speaking, there are only two reasons the Lyman Office Staff will consider reassigning you: you have a health condition which necessitates you living on a particular floor and which can be documented by a letter from your physician, or you have safety concerns and feel unsafe living on the ground floor.

We will accommodate you on the NEXT AVAILABLE Shuttle at no additional charge. If you miss the last shuttle of the night, we will accommodate you on the following day if you so desire. However, if you choose not to use a shuttle at all, your shuttle fare WILL NOT be refunded or applied to a future shuttle.

The recommended arrival time is 90 minutes before departure. This time may be adjusted for holiday and other busy travel days.

We will monitor the flight status on the day and the driver will arrive at the airport at the time of landing. If you have made other arrangements the driver will arrive according to those arrangements.

We will suggest to be at the airport 2 hrs before the flight due to the high airport security delays.

We schedule our drivers to meet you 30 minutes after your arrival time, to allow for baggage reclaim and passport control. If we have a driver available and we are aware of an early arrival, then you will be met. If however, our schedule does not accommodate an early pick-up, please remain in the terminal and your driver will be with you as quickly as possible.

Our standard procedure involves monitoring all flight arrival times. Regardless of late or early arrival our driver will be there.

We will check the flight status on the day and your chauffeur will arrive at the airport 30 minutes after the flight lands. if you have made other arrangements your chauffeur will arrive according to those arrangements. We always allow a generous cushion of time to deal with delayed flights. On rare occasions an extremely long delay may result in us being unable to meet your flight personally. If this happens then we will first try to engage another company to meet you.

We would like for you to arrive about 15 minutes early. Also we schedule an additional 30 minutes to your flight time for you to take photos, ask questions and for us to brief you before the flight. The time spent on the ground before and after the flight is part of the whole experience, and we don't want to rush you. So an early arrival will greatly assist us in staying on schedule.

We recommend that you check in at least 2 hours prior to the departure of your flight. Check-in usually opens 3 hours prior to departure unless otherwise noted and closes 60 minutes prior to departure for all International destinations and Sun destinations and 45 minutes prior to departure for the US. Passengers who arrive after close-out times of flights may be denied boarding.
