Many video players purchased outside of the United States require what is called a "PAL" format video as opposed to the U.S. "VHS" video. If you do need the PAL version, you have 3 choices: (1) You can buy the VHS video from us and have it converted to a PAL version at a film processor near you. In this case, you must inquire about the cost of the conversion with your local film processor. (2) Or we can convert a videotape for you here. This would add a $15.

All of my tapes and DVD's are recorded in NTSC (standard American) format. I currently do not have the capability of recording in PAL or SECAM format for other countries that use that video standard. Before ordering, please check to see if your VCR or DVD will play NTSC format videos.

DSP produces videotapes in the NTSC (VHS) format, however we do convert our videotapes to the other formats listed on a special order basis.

Taking a video course without a VCR is very difficult. The GSCC Libraries have a limited number of viewing stations. They are available on a first come, first served basis during library hours.

Yes, international shipping costs on an average of around $20. US depending on the size of the package and the destination. Some countries may restrict international shipping of homeopathic nutritional products. In the event of a restriction we will contact you and cancel the order.
