University of Cincinnati information technologiesWith disk restrictions on user accounts it may become necessary to save messages to your hard drive/server. Any messages saved to your hard drive/server are within a Personal Folder. Now you will be prompted to name the file that will contain all the messages on your hard drive/server. I suggest assigning your username as the filename with the .pst extension. After supplying a filename, you will see this screen. You can encrypt your hard drive messages or password protect them.
