The assembly of the walls floor and roofing panels and the installation of the cubby. This assembly time for the panels will vary form one model to another and depending on the ability of the people doing the work.

Our standard kayak kits include full-length cedar strips, that means the main shipment is a 6” x 8” x 18’ long crate. Other parts of the kit ship in two to three small boxes, about 2’ x 2’ x 1’ in size. Please note many kit companies do not supply or ship full-length strips. Full-length strips are more expensive material. We also deliver the building strongback.

We package our furniture in sturdy corrugated cardboard cartons with inserts. We have designed the inserts to "float" each piece of furniture in its carton, so that our furniture arrives safely despite the rough handling of the trucking companies. We pack glass tabletops in wood crates for extra protection. When possible we band the cartons or crates to a wood pallet with steel strapping.
