The compressed installer should be recognized by Stuffit Expander and should automatically be expanded after downloading. If it is not expanded, you can expand it manually using StuffIt Expander 6.0 or later. If you have any problems launching the installer once it has been expanded, make sure that the compressed installer was expanded using Stuffit Expander. If you continue to have problems, please contact technical support.

Which version to use depends on what ROM image you have. If you have all of them then the Mac Plus emulation is probably preferable. There are few detectable differences in the Mac SE emulation, and it’s not as well tested. The Mac 128K emulation can run some very early software that won’t run on a Mac Plus, but a lot of software that works on the Mac Plus won’t work on a Mac 128K (and only 128K of memory is very limiting).

MAC stands for Migration Authorisation Code. It's a code that we need as your new broadband provider to swap your connection over. Mac Codes usually begins with "BBIP", "FTIP" "BBDS", or "BBDP" (e.g. BBIP1234567/AB13C, BBIP1234567890/AB13C, BBIP123456789012/AB13C). The code is between 17 and 22 characters in length. For a printer to work on your Mac, your Mac's operating system needs to have a "driver" for that printer. Additional software may be needed as well: check your operating system manual for details. For info on a printer's features, or on the OS, check Apple's Web site for the manual and or software. Both are available for download. If you have your files on an old Mac with a SCSI drive internal or external; and your new Mac does not have a SCSI external connector or use SCSI drives internally, what can you do? I'll discuss many options. My GENERAL advice is as follows. EITHER use some kind of Mac which HAS SCSI to read your drive, and use it to transfer files either by connection or by transfer to another media (floppy, CD, ZIP disk). OR, you add some kind of SCSI hardware to your new Mac to read the drive.

The Download Manager for MyLibraryDV is a Windows .exe file that can only be installed on computers running Windows 2000 with SP4 or Windows XP with SP2, which enables you to run Windows Media Player. You can use a Mac to operate the Download Manager and view videos if you have an Intel processor and Windows 2000 with SP4 or Windows XP with SP2 operating system installed and running. Macs without this capability will not be able to install and use the Download Manager.

The Macintosh and PC versions are almost identical. The COMMAND key on the Macintosh (or splat, clover, rugbeater, propeller key) parallels the CONTROL key on the PC.
