You should listen to the soundtracks exactly as described in the Program Instructions, which is sitting down, eyes closed. Other use is less effective. No. All of the effects are due to the interaction of the Holosync sound technology, which carries no actual "information", with your nervous system. In the custom made levels we add silent affirmations that are chosen by you and recorded in your own voice, but even then, the driving force of the program is the Holosync sound technology and the effect it has on the brain of pushing it to reorganize at higher, more effective levels of functioning.

The two technologies are cousins, but there are many differences between what we are doing and what the Monroe Institute does. Robert Monroe, who passed away recently, was a real pioneer in this field, but he went off in a certain direction with this type of technology that, in my opinion, limited his vision of what was possible with this technology.

It doesn't matter when you listen to your Holosync soundtracks, although it's best to develop a routine and be as consistent as you can. However, it is worth noting that 'passive' PSUs (those without an internal fan) are not as effective as dispelling heat as 'active' PSUs (those with an internal fan). Passive PSUs, do though have the attractive benefit of being almost silent (some do have a little electrical 'component noise', but this is a very minor issue)! There is almost always a play-off between quietness and temperature - and choosing between an active or passive PSU is part of this 'balance'.

Zone Alarm is probably watching to see when a program attempts to access the Internet on its own initiative rather than doing so because you have taken an explicit action.
