Typically, if your screen is off-centered, you can adjust it by using the settings on your monitor. Most monitors have controls that allow you to stretch/shrink the screen and adjust the display. One side of your fork could be longer than the other. Go into the Device Manager and remove all items listed under "Display Adapters". To remove an item in Windows XP and Windows 2000, select the item, click the Action menu, choose Uninstall.
