FAQsBy now you've probably figured out that I'm not a fan of food additives and fake foods. Partly, because I'm not convinced they are safe and partly because I think they taste yucky. Plus, I have this crazy bias for fresh, real foods. However, the artificial sweeteners in foods have been approved by the FDA and are considered safe. Artificial sweeteners can help diabetics control blood sugar and in theory could help individuals manage their weight.
