Global Address Book is a shared address book, which can be read by all users in the same domain. Only domain administrator can add/edit/delete the contacts. Only system user or domain administrator can set a user as domain administrator.

In order to add a contact you will first need to set up a group in your Address Book by clicking on "New Group" found under the "Addresses" tab. The Outlook Address Book is a property assigned to a source of contact information. The Contacts folder used in Outlook is automatically assigned as an OAB, you cannot change this.
