Yanni FansThere aren't any words. They are 'vocal expressions' or sounds. The song is loosely based on a French Opera from the 19th century called 'Lakme' by Leo Delibes. 'Aria' was first used in a commercial for British Airways and later developed into the full song you now know and can't get out of your head (at least I can't... but that's okay by me).
