You can print out all the contacts of your address book by logging into your account at the web portal. Once you have logged in, click Print Address Book.

In order to add a contact you will first need to set up a group in your Address Book by clicking on "New Group" found under the "Addresses" tab. Once having named a group, click on the group name in your address book, and click the "New Contact" button to add a contact. This will open up a page for you to fill your contact's details.
