Yes. Our sound effects can be incorporated into a live theatre production, either through the creation of a cued tape or CD created specially for the production, or through use of a direct cue from the original library CD. These uses meet Sound Ideas' definition of synchronization and therefore fall within the rights granted under our End User License Agreement.

Each of the three list boxes contain audio loops that continually repeat. The loops are of different lengths so that when combined with other loops, the overall sound will repeat only after a very long time period. The tracks line up differently against each other each time they repeat, so the composite sound is continually changing. The wide-bandwidth water sounds are also very effective at masking the intelligibility of unwanted conversations.

There is a workaround for this issue. If you don't have audio tracks assigned to the same output ports as your effects loop, you must have a "dummy" track in Cakewalk assigned to the same port as the effects loop instead. Lock On will use a new sound engine that will recreate what it is like to sit in the cockpit of a combat jet. Everything from the whine of the turbine engines, to the wind over the canopy, to the hum of the avionics systems, to the ripping sound of the cannon will be recreated in visceral detail. The engine will be fast and accurately recreate the audio combat environment.
