Traverse PC comes with a 30-day return policy. If you don't want to keep Traverse PC - for any reason - just call for an RMA and return it within 30 days of the date of purchase for a full refund. You will need to take two online training sessions (included with the software) before you can return the software.

All our hats are engineered to fit nearly all sizes. However, the unique designs of the Pony and Pixie often take a small amount of time to get used to. Please refer to the online how-to guides (Pony | Pixie) to learn how to ensure both products fit right. If, after watching the instruction, your product does not fit as you would like it, you may return or exchange it with no restrictions within 90 days.

You will need 128 MB RAM minimum, but we recommend 256 MB RAM minimum. Traverse PC Desktop for Windows was designed for and runs best with Windows XP. Traverse PC Handheld runs on DOS based handheld computers like the HP200LX or the Husky MP2500 with a minimum of 1 MB of memory (2MB recommended).

All returned merchandise must have an authorization code clearly marked on the package, or it will be returned to sender. Authorization codes are obtained by phoning, faxing or emailing us your identifying information, the name of the product, and a description of the nature of the break or malfunction.

Unfortunately, your wainscot paneling is a custom product, crafted to order for each section of your room. Because of this, we regrettably cannot accept returns, nor can we issue refunds for mis-ordered sections. Generally, changes in the design and length of your wainscot can be accommodated provided your order has not yet gone into production.
