Most mascots are completely washable in cool water. Facemakers produced a fun mascot training video called, "Mascots 101" which contains all of the cleaning instructions you or your mascot team is likely to ever need on mascot maintenance. The "Mascots 101" video is available only from Facemakers and it's FREE with every mascot.

There will be at least one Olympic mascot and one Paralympic mascot; however, there is no set number for mascots. Several past Olympic Games have had two mascots, Nagano had four, and Beijing has five.

Yes. Wash it on the delicate cycle, cold water and then hang dry or throw it in the dryer 10-15 minutes. Take the hooks off as they make a lot of noise. If you get any spots on the cover you can also use a Shout or a Spray-N-Wash and they normally come out

Yes it is. We recommend hand washing in the sink in cold water with a bit of mild detergent. Rinse thoroughly wring out as much as possible and then lay flat to dry. The easiest way to wash the original Cherry-Pit-Pac is to move all the pits to one end, hold them back while washing and rinsing the end that does not contain pits. Then move the pits to the previously washed end and repeat. That way the pits do not become saturated and dries quicker.

Absolutely. If the mascot chosen were considered a “stock” mascot, there would be no minimum required to order it as an award decal (aside from the standard $25.00 catalog order). If the mascot you choose is not considered a stock” mascot, there would be a minimum of 10 sheets per design, per color required to order it as an award decal.

She wears a bell to represent warning. This matches her parental advisory on her toosh. She wears blue to represent peace and heaven. I don't recommend washing the fabrics in a washing machine and dryer, as the shimmer on the fabrics is sensitive to abrasion. The colors have been heat set, so they are permanent. If you feel the need to wash the fabrics, I recommend gently hand washing them, with a little rubbing as possible, and leaving them to air dry. Dry cleaning does not solve the problem of abrasion.

The best way to wash the Thongbra® is by hand, but it can be washed in a garment bag on the gentle cycle using cold water. The Thongbra® should be line dried due to its elastic properties. We do not recommend it be placed in the dryer.

Yes. We recommend that you use only water on a soft towel and scrub the area lightly. If the damage is severe, clean the area well and get a piece of paper from the repair kit to fix the area.

Yes! The seat and canopy are made of strong, lightweight, washable fabrics which are easily detachable from the frame. The seat can be washed in cold water on the delicate cycle of your washing machine and attached back onto the stroller to dry.

Yes, fabrix cases are fully constucted using fabrics , just like the clothes we wear. Hence, they are washable. However, we strongly discourage frequent washing as that might cause the fitting and shape of the case to change overtime. It is recommended that fabrix cases be washed with very mild soap, using lukewarm water and dried naturally so as to retain its original form.
