The program you want to transfer the credit into decides whether or not they will accept your Continuing and Professional Education credit. No. Although such programs are very useful and challenging, the courses specifically designed for the degree and certificate programs in community and economic development are designed as graduate-level course work, so they are academically rigorous, and subject to the same requirements and high standards for graduate study that are found throughout Penn State.
