Yes!   Guests of registrants are welcome to attend the Summer Meeting.  If purchased in advance, our Guest Program includes the Welcome Reception, tours, the Exhibit Program, and lunch in the Exhibit Hall on Wednesday.   Tickets purchased at the meeting do not include the Welcome Reception.  Click here  for details.

Absolutely. We encourage you to attend as many meetings as you like as a guest. There is no cost or notification required, just show up!

We relize that some people want to come for a few hours and watch. Even those people who are only coming for a day MUST check in at troll to receive a guest pass. There is no cost to attend for the day, however they will be required to relinquish their driver's license to the person manning the troll booth. They will receive it back when they return their guest pass to leave the event. These guests can not be dressed in Renaissance style costumes and can not participate in any fighting event.

Our guest speakers come from our industry contacts. Throughout the summer we will reach out to our friends in the industry to come by and share some time with our students. Once you participate in our program you can continue and will be encouraged to attend future guest speaker panels throughout the summer.

Yes. A qualified meeting must include a minimum of 10 guest rooms within your group block occupied for at least one night of the meeting, with associated meeting related room rental or food and beverage charges applied to your master bill, to earn points in this program.

Local merchants and businesses, benefactors and friends of Jesuit, Alumni and parents of students donate items for the Auction. Later this fall, you will have an opportunity to purchase items for the silent auction on this website. Check back the first of October to shop. And this year our Goods and Services gift certificates will be auctioned online one week before the auction date.

We purchase these properties from distress sales, estate sales, government auctions, trusts, foreclosures, and private parties.

Yes! Most all of our auctions occur on Sundays at 10:00 AM. You may come to look at any item on Saturday, the day before the auction between the hours of 10:00 AM and 4:00 PM and also on the day of the auction between 8:30 AM and 10:00 AM, the start of the Auction.

Absoutely. Be sure to come during normal business hours though, which are 9am to 5pm Monday through Friday, and 9am to 12pm on Saturday.

It is our policy to invite the Principal Investigator (PI) to be present at the IRB meeting to provide responses to substantive or controversial issues involved. The PI may choose not to attend. However, in certain circumstance, IRBs have the right to request for the PI to attend.

Clients pay good money to reserve a hall and may get upset to find it’s being used as a meeting place for vendors……would you want strangers at your wedding just showing up? Of course not. Besides, seeing a DJ for a few minutes will not be a true depiction of his capabilities, regardless of how the party is going at that time.

There is a guest suite in John Mills Court. This is available for use by relatives or friends for a small charge to cover the cost of maintaining the suite.

Guest Passes may be purchased for $12 for adults and $6 for youth 17 years of age or under. A photo ID is required and the fee may be applied to a new membership within 30 days. We do restrict guest passed occasionally, so please check ahead of time to be sure we are accepting guest.

They may or they may not. There are no set rules. Most hosts simply offer a bedroom and you are free to come and go as you please. If a friendship develops you may of course decide to do things together, but don't assume it is your host's duty to entertain you. you and your host communicate together, you will be able to make the arrangements that suit both of you.
