We understand that it is very possible that you may misplace your password or user name information. In the event that you are unable to locate your user information to access your application information, you may contact HR via email. You can reset your password from the e-mail link you received upon placing your ad. If that does not work, e-mail AdMax@dallasnews.com and the password will be reset.

For security purposes, passwords cannot be retrieved, however you can set a new password.
