Many of the courses at Kids' Gallery have been registered and trademarked. This means the content of the courses is owned by Kids' Gallery International Limited. We request that each parent/caregiver who wishes to film or photograph any part of a class sign a Copyright Agreement form. Respect the proprietary nature of all classes and not to infringe on copyrights, registration marks and trademarks.

If you have the rights to them, then stock photos are permitted. In other words, you may use photos not taken during the 48 hour time period.

Chapman students who are not film majors are allowed to take film studies courses, but not film production classes. Classes that non-film majors can take include FTV 140 Introduction of Film Aesthetics, FTV 244 History of Film to 1945, FTV 245 History of Film 1945 to present. Feel free to consult the School of Film and Television to inquire about other classes you may take.

A Your photos will be published on the web so that they may be voted on by the general public. Our panel of judges will also review your entries and it is entirely possible that your entry may be viewed by talent scouts and professionals in the industry.

If your child does not place then only the judges and contest staff see the photo. Your photos will be returned to you after the contest. If your child places in the contest then your photo will be published on our Winners' Photo Flyer that goes to all contestants, on this Internet site, possibly in ABC promotional literature and possibly in one or more major national child or baby magazines!

This decision is totally up to you. Obviously there is a minimum of 30 photos that is charged. So you should at least use 30 photos. I will tell you that you should use no more than 18 photos per song selected. The photos are synchronized to the song selected. 18 photos allows the photos to be shown on the screen an average of 8-10 seconds. Any less, the photos would go too fast and not properly enjoyed. Plus, if you use less photos, the film will only last as long as the song(s) selected.

We don't. We use digital cameras. Resolution of photos depends on the volunteer that takes your photos and the delivery method. Minimum resolution is 640x480 although higher resolutions are common. If you need a certain resolution (for example, if you want to print photos or order prints), please specify in the comments section.

Yes. Students begin taking film classes and making films in their first semester. All new students to the program are required to take Introduction to Visual Storytelling. Known as “boot camp” for film students, Visual Storytelling offers an overview of all aspects of film production.

All though the emphasis of our program is on live entertainment, we are aware that many of our graduates find work in the film and TV field. The skills learned in the Stagecraft Program are easily transferable to many other fields. Courses offered include: Introduction to Film Studies, and Canadian Film Studies, and Stagecraft for Film and TV.

Absolutely. A photo-quality 8x10 print made from a high quality digital file looks just as good as a print made from a negative. I use a 8.2, 12.8 and 16.7 megapixel CANON Digital SLR Cameras with CANON professional "L" series lenses which produces sharp, high resolution files that translate into stunning prints.

We have arranged for photography to be undertaken for our websites. However the use of photographers is costly and can dramatically increase the cost of your website. Library images are a good alternative.

You can view photos of campers during the week for FREE. Maybe you'll even see your camper! And if you see a photo you like, you can purchase it for a very reasonable fee.

Parents receive grade reports with written comments from their child's adviser six times a year, or about every five weeks. We urge parents to contact the adviser by telephone or email at any time to discuss any aspect of their child's life at Mercersburg.

College for Kids staff members will be stationed across campus to provide directions and help before, during and after classes throughout the three-week program. Staff will be in bright green t-shirts. On the first day, there will be an Information Table near the drop-off area if you or your child has additional questions.

Absolutely. In fact, we prefer the parents stay and watch. This way the parents will know exactly what their child is taught. Also, the parent can listen to the corrections given to their child by the instructor and take a proactive role in helping the child practice at home.

Transcripts and educational records assist TSD staff and parents in making appropriate ARD Committee recommendations. TSD may also conduct additional testing to assist in this process. Yes. The student's ARD Committee determines whether and, if so, how often a student needs speech services. TSD has a Speech Language Therapist assigned to each school department to assist in implementing student IEPs.

How often your child needs to attend is a decision that is based on many factors: how comfortable your child is with the material, how much preparation you and your child feel they need, how far in advance you start preparing for the test, how much work your child is motivated to do on their own (on a regular basis), how much work you will do with your child (and how much time you can spend with them working on test prep), and how disciplined your child is about keeping up with the work.

Yes, we do have a room where your child can stay in between classes which is supervised by a member of our staff. Your child will not be allowed however, to run around outside this room. He will be collected from his first class and taken to his second class at the correct time.

To register your child for a "Kindermusik By Catherine" class, you will have to contact the school or club of your choice, and they will take care of it all. If you are not a member of a club, but have a friend who is, you will be asked to quote their membership number. There is usually a surcharge for non-members.

After Driver's Education is completed, your child will be issued a certificate of completion of Driver's Education and a certificate of enrollment in Driver's Training. Your child will need to take their certificates to the DMV along with their birth certificate, Social Security card, and a completed DL 44 form (application for the permit). Then they will take the written permit test. Once they obtain the permit, he/she will be eligible to take the behind the wheel part of the driving program.

Depending on the needs of the child, many children with multiple disabilities enroll in the Center's Preschool Classes, while others may enroll in their home district preschool classes or go on to other private schools.
