To answer the first question: Yes, all of the Pay-Bars companies allow you to use the same Account on different computers, as long as it is only used on one computer at the same time. The Pay-Bars allow you to simply change the current user by logging in under a different name/password. Currently, all Pay-Bar companies that I am aware of allow only ONE account, per person. Most allow multiple accounts per family/address.

Currently, I am not aware of any Pay-bars that are available to NON-PC users. However, a number of them (most, in fact) are working on Mac versions -- a few of them are currently running limited Beta-testing, but expect to have the majority of Pay-Bar companies to release Mac versions by the 2nd Quarter of 2000. Pay-Bars in general are a very recent invention, and there is a bigger PC market than any other platform, so the PC was the first to get them. All require Windows 95, 98, or newer.
