How do I control the Acrobat bookmark display?
FOP FAQFOP does not currently support this feature. Possible workarounds include those mentioned in the PDF Post-Processing FAQ. This is a problem of Internet Explorer requesting the content several times. Please see the notes on Internet Explorer for more information.
