Frequently Asked Questions

Do my meals have to be frozen when I get home from a session?

Simply to the Table
We recommend that you freeze any meals that you will not be eating in a day or two. And, we also recommend that you don't re-freeze any meals that you have defrosted. Many meat products do not respond well to thawing and refreezing and can make you sick. If you do defrost one and can't eat right away, try cooking it and freezing the cooked meal. You can do this with many of our meals without harming the quality.

Are the meals frozen?

Choice Eating - Delivering Life-Long Health
No. All our meals are prepared fresh. Just pop them in your fridge after you receive them. If refrigerated properly and eaten in the correct order, there is no reason for you to freeze them. But, if you miss or skip a meal for any reason and want to save it for the weekend, for example, you should put it in the freezer. Please keep in mind that because we use no added preservatives, these meals should be eaten fairly soon. And there's no need to thaw out meals you've put in the freezer.
