Liverpool is 20 miles away, about a 30 minute drive. North Wales and Snowdonia are 20 miles away, about a 30 minute drive. Manchester is 35 miles away, about a 45 minute drive. Llangollen is 35 miles away, about a 40 minute drive. Anglesea is 45 miles away, about a 50 minute drive.

To qualify for Tree City USA, a town or city must meet four standards established by the Arbor Day Foundation and the National Association of State Foresters. We are located in beautiful Motueka, which is the gateway to the Abel Tasman National Park. We are only 45 minutes from downtown Nelson City and 30 minutes from Nelson airport.

The guesthouse is a relaxing, scenic 7 miles from the Post Office in Fredericksburg toward Mason on Hwy 87N. It takes about 10 minutes from Main Street.

The chances are very good that your city itself does appear in the NAV system's map data. However, unless you live in the city limits of a metropolitan area, there is a significant chance that the street coverage for your area is not comprehensive. This contrasts with other GPS navigation systems, such as the Garmin Street Pilot line that includes every public road, (and many private roads) in the US as of the date of the map data.

We are approx 1.5 kilometer from Puerto Viejo. This is equal to about 1 mile. It is a gorgeous 20 minute walk along the sandy beach to town. And it is about 5-10 minutes by bike. Use the factors for the nearest city that you can find. If a city or town is too small to have its own union hall workers, who wish to belong to the union, will travel to the nearest larger city that does have a union hall.

All of our apartments are located within 15 minutes of the Bullring in Dubai City centre. The distance between the city centre and Dubai Airport is approximately 13 km (8 miles). Buses are available from the Airport to the city centre, and vice versa. A typical taxi fare for this route comes to approximately GBP 25.

Please remember that TAMU is a HUGE school. Hence the distance from TAMU is one thing, and distance from the Computer Science department would be something totally different! There are apartments available close to campus which can range from a walking distance of 5 to 25 minutes from the Computer Science building. The above website should give you the approximate distance of the apartment complex to the university during your search.

The distance between the city centre and Dublin Airport is approximately 12 km (7.5 miles). Buses are available from the Airport to the city centre, and vice versa. A typical taxi fare for this route comes to approximately EUR 25.

The Hawkeye Court and Hawkeye Drive apartments are approximately 1.8 miles from the University of Iowa Hospital and Clinics, approximately 2 miles from the College of Law, and approximately 2.5 to 3 miles from the Pentacrest (Eastside of campus). Applicants may only apply for one session at a time. The application will remain active for the entire semester (session) for which you applied unless you cancel that application.

The exact number of apartments will only be determined when the sub-developers of the mixed-use towers establish the precise ratio between commercial and residential accommodation in their buildings. (The 30-storey towers - with three floors of parking at the base - will all be for residential use. The 45-storey towers will be for mixed use, and 60-storey towers will be exclusively commercial.) At a rough estimate, the number of apartments could be as many as 8000.

The Islands (Cayes) are a short 30 minute flight from the local Airstrip which is 1/2 mile from our Jungle Resort. The International Airport is a one hr Transfer from us and the Local Town, Belmopan is just 5 minutes away.

Nuestro Sue?o is located on top of a hill within 5 minutes leasure walk to the center of town and restaurants and 10 minutes walk to the beach.The beach is exactly located 0.6 mile from the house.

We are just over half a mile from the town centre and beaches. Please note St. Ives is quite hilly and many of our guests like to walk downhill to the town and beaches and take a (very reasonably priced) taxi cab back up the hill.

Vessels dock at terminals which are often situated outside the center of a town or city, so passengers usually have to take a taxi in. Photo below shows Papeete, Tahiti with freighters at their berths in the background.

We are about 14 km from Cape Town city centre / Victoria and Albert Waterfront. This translates to roughly 25 minutes coastal drive.

The nearest town is Buena Vista, a 15 minute drive from the ranch. Though a small town, you will find everything you need in Buena Vista including a grocery store, pharmacy and drug store, auto repair and tire shops, ATMs and a small discount store. Salida is about 25 minutes away where you will find a Wal-Mart.

Main campus Wagga Wagga is located approximately 7kms from the main shopping area. It is located in a rural environment and public transport is available to and from town most days of the week. Main campus Bathurst is located on the edge of town at the base of Mount Panorama. The main shopping area is approximately 3kms away.

The cabin is 20 miles away from the State Capital of Helena. Elliston, the local town,is ten miles from the cabin.

BackPackers Inn is the only hostel in Byron located directly on the beach, which is only a 45second walk away.

The hotel is located within easy walking distance of the town's food stores, banks, gift shops and Continental reservations office.

The quaint marina town of Sag Harbor is a quick 10 minute drive with many shops and restaurants to choose from. The town of Bridgehampton is also close (approx 10 minute drive) with many more shops and restaurants.

Hawk Junction is the nearest town-approximately 15 miles from our camp. There is a convenience store, a gas station and a restaurant in Hawk Junction. Wawa is 30 miles northwest of our camp.

If the drop-off location is outside the Local Zone, the same hourly rate applies, but there will be additional travel time for the crew to return to Manhattan, 1/2 hour per each 20 miles of distance (or fraction thereof). Please note also that customer pays all tolls as well as gas expense for any travel time in excess of 1/2 hours. Gas cost is $5 per 1/2 hr of driving.

The Town, with its restaurants, gift shops and bars is only 5-7 minutes away from the Las Palmas, Sonoran Sea and Sonoran Spa Resorts.
