Bankcards are not processed automatically by the website. We process them from our offices here after your internet order has been received, reviewed, and booked on our in house computer system. The Maybankard Bankcard is a chip-based card that adopts smart technology. It offers multi purpose applications in a single card. Bankcard purchases are now recorded by creating Order Logs within the P-Card Solution software which along with SAP has replaced APRS. If you find that you need additional funds on a P-Card Order Log, you will need to modify the order log within the P-Card system. This can be done until the order has been reconciled.

The Maybankard Bankcard offers the convenience of cash withdrawal at the Maybank ATM network and all ATM related transactions at a network of more than 3,700 ATMs nationwide and payment using the e-Debit (previously known as e-Pos). Added facilities include payment using MEPS Cash (the e-Purse application) at participating retailers.

The new Maybankard Bankcard adopts smart card technology, with secured encryption standards to ensure enhanced security, providing several safeguards against tampering and is significantly harder to extract or copy.

However, you may still request to use more than one Maybankard Bankcard provided, the account permits the issuance of a Maybankard Bankcard. But you are advised to hold only one Maybankard Bankcard to take advantage of the benefits under one single card.

Maybankard Bankcard allows for the regional switch application' and can be used at Maybank overseas operations namely Singapore, Philippines and Brunei.
