CRUZCAT requires a personal identification number (PIN) for viewing your circulation record, renewing library items online, and placing holds. No. ETS gives official recognition to very few TOEIC preparation textbooks and test practice books, and although many of the others might also be good practice there are many examples of cheaply made and unrealistic TOEIC books out there who have not been checked by anyone. When the OPAC displays the status of an item as being 'in process' it means that the item has been received by the Library and is currently being processed ready for shelving. If it says it is 'on order' it will not yet be in the Library. If you want to get hold of something which is currently in process or on order you can place a reservation and we will let you know as soon as it is available

Items being processed are physically in the library but are waiting for call numbers and other details to be assigned by Technical Services. If you need an item that is being processed, it can usually be obtained within 24 hours; ask at the Reference Desk.

Some library materials are housed in storage facilities in Skillman Library or elsewhere on campus.
