Brooke Care is currently providing services in the following counties in Southwest Missouri: Douglas, Wright, Ozark, Texas, Webster, Greene, Stone, Taney, and Christian.

Brooke Care provides a variety of services. Each service is outlined in detail in this website (see link to your left entitled "Our Services"). Services that Brooke Care has active contracts through the Springfield Regional Center are as follows: Our service expands as a need arises. Respite Care provides care through community-based day and night out services, a residential emergency shelter, a daycare center.

There are two methods you can use to receive services from Brooke Care, Inc. The first method involves becoming a client of the Springfield Regional Center in Springfield, Missouri. To do this you must call the Regional Center toll free at 1-888-549-6635 and schedule an intake. The intake worker will then make a visit to your home and assist you to fill out the required eligibility documentation.

On-site nursing is available at the Davidson Respite House and the Respite Daycare. Participants of all other service options may utilize the Medical Wellness Center, located behind the Davidson Respite House, during business hours by appointment.

Acute care: Acute medical treatment directed towards maintenance of life functions and stabilizing life-threatening disruption of body functions after injury is provided in highly structured and medically supervised settings. Hospital-level care offers intensive nursing management and intervention as well as round-the-clock medical supervision of symptoms until an individual is stable and ready for rehabilitation.

Services that are set up for private pay are paid for by the party(s) that contracted for the services. If you receive services through the Springfield Regional Center you will most likely have your services paid for by Medicaid/Medicare or private insurance. There is a slight possibility that you may have a small amount of out of pocket expenses, however this is rare and will be determined during the eligibility process.

Multidisciplinary evaluation to determine eligibility and multidisciplinary assessments to determine the scope of services needed. Service coordination that assists the family and other professionals in developing a plan to enhance the child's development. Access to early intervention services identified in the child's plan. State funds are available, based on a sliding fee scale, to assist families who are determined by the local BCW Program to be unable to pay.

Our support group meets six times per month and has had weekly topics, guest speakers, and healthy cooking classes. The physicians will personally work with you on your nutrtition, and our personal trainer also meets with you to discuss your nutritional regimen. Yes, certified nurse-midwifes are licensed to provide newborn care. We work closely with area pediatricians and family physicians to provide continuity of care. Madison Birth Center offers all standard testing and treatments commonly offered to newborns.

Animal Rescue Center is a 501c3 non-profit agency founded by Jennifer Gilson, Executive Director of Sonora Veterinary Hospital. Jennifer was moved by the suffering she witnessed at the county animal control facilities. She began Animal Rescue Center initially to help injured stray animals at Animal Care & Control that would otherwise have had no hope of rehabilitation.

FBS is also the storefront for Fear Doctor Seminars, the educational branch of Aegis Psychological Services Inc.. Fear Doctor Seminars provides cognitive behavioural groups for the treatment of social anxiety, panic attacks and worry, to our walk-in clients. Fear Doctor Seminars is working on expanding our educational services to include classroom-style, weekend seminars and online courses available to the larger community.

In addition to a bed, blanket, hygiene items such as soap, toothbrushes, deodorant, etc., clients are able to shower and wash their clothes and access the CASS clothing bank. CASS supportive programs also include case management, employment services, and developmental childcare services for families with children and free dental care at the CASS Dental Clinic.

One service that the men's center provides is a library of resources on various issues affecting men, such as relationships, identity development, and sexual issues among others. Another function of the Men's Center is to provide information and referrals to varied health professionals on campus and in the Eugene community.
