Yes we can, but please bear in mind your old glasses may look fine to you, but when a technician takes them apart he may find they have been overstressed or damaged, which means new lenses can't be fitted. We only install lenses into frames are are purchased from us at the time of your frame purchase or within 30 days of your shipment.

First, blow off any particles that may be on the lenses. Second, use the cleaning cloth or softcase that came with your sunglasses to clean your lenses. You may use mild liquid soap diluted with warm water. We recommend using a soft, lint-free cloth for drying. If your cleaning cloth or softcase gets dirty, it is okay to hand wash and hang it to dry.

For us, Frame To Come means you are sending us something to trace. It may not be a frame all the time; a trace card or a pattern is often sent in place of a frame. The key point is that if you are sending us anything to trace, the job should be marked "Frame To Come". If we are going to use our database to make lenses, we designate that as "Lenses Only". Only if we use our database does it get that designation.

Soft lenses are generally worn for 2-4hrs on the first day and the wearing time is increased by about 2hrs per day, up until 8hrs of daily wear is achieved. This is a common misconception and is false.
