As a private liberal arts college, we individually review every application. This includes looking specifically at all components of the application file which will of course include essay questions, test scores, transcripts and recommendations. When looking specifically at test scores, we do not have any particular "cut offs" for admission and acceptance. Instead we do have average scores of a 24 for the ACT and and 1000 for the SAT.

For a few reasons. First, we take a holistic approach to the review of the student application. We want applicants to the College to know that three hours on a Saturday or Sunday morning doesn't determine whether or not you are going to contribute to our community.
