Don't worry, this is normal. For security reasons your password expires every 14 weeks. All you need to do is change the password to something new and the account will be reactivated.

For security purposes you are automatically logged out of your account 12 hours after you log in or if you change Internet browsers or computers. If your screen says "Your session has expired," simply enter your password to access your account.

That error message means that the time setting is incorrect, by at least 12 hours, on the computer on which the client or server is running. You should check and reset the system clock. We believe no security risks could be introduced, because handle servers provide a limited handle lookup and administration service that is constrained to the handle database. We are trying to integrate the services that we offer online to our customers. All the data for Zoom is stored in a database on a server. Zoom on the client or workstation, sends and receives data to that database. When requested data from the database doesn't reach Zoom back within the built-in specified time, the error "Time out expired" will appear. This can be caused by network traffic, a very busy server or a bad network connection on the client side. Please have your in-house IT check this and have you IT contact our technical support for further assistance.
