Overall support for the SHARES HF Radio Program is the responsibility of the Manager, National Communications System. The Chief, Critical Infrastructure Protection Division, Office of the Manager, NCS, is responsible for administering the SHARES program. BPAMA Executive Director John Kleine runs the day-to-day activities of BPAMA, supported by Associate Director Tara Setter. EXTRACT is not a programming language, and has no capability to save procedures from one session or file to another. During a laparoscopic gall bladder operation, the assistant grasps the gall bladder and the surgeon frees its duct and artery. These are then clipped or tied off and the gall bladder removed from the liver bed. The PRIM Board employs a professional staff to manage the day-to-day operations of the PRIT Fund. Maria Cino, convention president and CEO, manages the day-to-day operations of the 2008 Republican National Convention. In this role, Ms. Cino serves as the primary liaison with state and local officials, community leaders, and other interested parties. She currently oversees convention staffers already based in the Minneapolis-Saint Paul area. Over the coming year, that number will eventually grow to more than 150.

During the Fall and Winter, Math Corps programs run on Saturdays only. During the Summer, Math Corps programs typically run Monday through Thursday, with Friday being an optional day of instruction for the students. The summer closing ceremonies take place on a Friday evening.

The Department of Employee Trust Funds (DETF) oversees the program. A third-party administrator, Fringe Benefits Management Company (FBMC), provides administrative services. FBMC is responsible for on-line enrollment, order and delivery of your transit passes, paying your parking facility or van-pool directly, and processing requests for reimbursement of eligible expenses. Eligibility of expenses is dictated by the IRS and FBMC uses those guidelines when reviewing claims.

Currently, Phase I of the Water Recycling Program is a partnership between the SRCSD, the Sacramento County Water Agency (SCWA), and Sacramento County Environmental Management Department (EMD) Water Protection Division. SHARES provides the Federal community a forum for addressing issues affecting HF radio interoperability. The SHARES HF Interoperability Working Group (IWG), established as a permanent standing committee under the NCS Council of Representatives, is responsible for providing guidance and direction for the SHARES radio network and for fostering interoperability of Federal HF radio systems through examination of regulatory, procedural, and technical issues.

In March of 2007, the Auxiliary National Executive Committee (NEXCOM) and the Office of the Chief Director of the Auxiliary (CG-3PCX) approved participation by CGAUX HF Stations in SHARES (SHAred RESources) which is a part of the National Communications System. A typical year in this program begins with the Tributary Team's Annual Meeting. In 2001, more than 400 people attended the Annual Meeting. Please see attached agenda. Each of the 10 teams meets monthly in their watersheds. The teams are: Upper Potomac, Middle Potomac, Lower Potomac, Upper Eastern Shore, Choptank, Lower Eastern Shore, Upper Western Shore, Patapsco / Back River, Patuxent River, and the Lower Western Shore.
