Use mild, unscented or moisturizing soaps such as: Alpha Kerry Dove, Aveeno Bar (dry skin formula), Lever 2000, Neutrogena (dry skin formula). Do not use: Ivory, Dial, Zest, Safeguard, Jergens, Lava, Lifebuoy, Camay, Coast, Cuticura or Ocean Spring. Take soothing baths. Add ½ cup baby oil to your bath. Bathe with Aveeno Oatmeal, Oilated Aveeno, Cornstarch, Mineral Oil or Cottonseed Oil. Put moisturizers over your entire body immediately after bathing or showering.

There is no cure for the poison oak or poison ivy rash once it begins, only relief of the symptoms. Avoid further contact with the plant oil if possible. Be sure to wash the area with Tecnu® Outdoor Skin Cleanser or Tecnu Extreme™ Poison Ivy Scrub. Clean your tools, clothing and pets that have been exposed to the poison oak, ivy or sumac with Tecnu to avoid recontamination from the urushiol oil.

To the best of my knowledge there are no studies that specifically link soy to rectal itching. However, there are hundreds of studies that link soy with damage to the gastrointestinal tract, which can lead to numerous problems including parasites and other possible causes of itching.
