Students have the option of retaking the GRE/MAT or pass a written essay. Students may schedule to write the essay with the Department Secretary. If the essay is not passed, a referral is made to the Gene Elrod Success Center for completion of the writing tutorial program. Upon completion, the essay is rewritten. If passed, and all other application requirements are adequate, the student is unconditionally admitted.
