How do I recover after a hard reset?
Answers to FAQsYour PIM information is backed up to persistent storage (NAND Flash memory) on the i730 each time you perform a soft reset on the device. This persistent storage is not affected by a hard reset so it will be there when you turn on your device. The information will automatically be restored. If you have performed a backup using the included Sprite backup application, you will be able to restore your device to it's original configuration using the backup file you created.
