Most of our units come with Japanese documentation only. Most clients find that the units are just as self-explanatory as their American counterparts. That said, we are happy to address any questions you might have regarding your product and, in some cases, English quick start manuals are available. We also host a community forum where product users can exchange ideas, questions, tips, and tricks.

Some of our parts do and some do not. All of the installation manuals that we do have can be downloaded from our website and should come with your part(s). If you are unsure, please give us a call before you begin.

The iOSAT™ package comes with a Patient Product Inserted along with the tablets in a sealed package. This was designed so that the instructions would not become separated from the product in times of an emergency.

Please do not delete instructions on the AAPI, EXCEPT in those locations where clearly instructed to do so (e.g., you can remove the front instructions before submitting the hard copy). The people reviewing the AAPI at different sites become familiar with the layout of the AAPI. If each applicant eliminates instructions or items that do not apply in their own idiosyncratic way, it becomes more difficult for reviewers to find what they are looking for on the application.

No. Our plans are suitable for a builder with some experience. Many first time builders have used our plans to successfully construct their building. The plans are meant to allow a building permit, to obtain bids from builders, and to build the garage. There are many do it your-self books that show step by step every phase of building a garage. We have not attempted to duplicate their information. Our drawings are the plan for the garage or building but not instructions for the technique.

A - No, they are simple to assemble as there are few loose parts. However, you must employ a Corgi registered fitter if you are using the fire as a gas fire. We recommend that a professional fitter is always used. The tiles slide into grooves easily and need to be fixed in place with Carlite Bonding which is available from builders merchants.

Christening clothing will come with their own instructions per the manufacturer, so please follow those. We recommend that our beaded socks are washed in a mesh bag in the washing machine and then layed flat to air dry. Cooking instructions vary for each product and specific instructions are on each product box. Most products are baked, some steamed or fried. Please do not microwave the appetizers. They will lose their crispness and coatings may dehydrate or warp. You should also remove all plastic trays before cooking and line the baking sheet with parchment paper or non-stick spray to prevent sticking.
